The family of a World War II veteran whose grave had become a dumping ground for a cemetery's extra dirt finally has some peace. Joel Eisenbaum reports.

HITCHCOCK -

The family of a World War II veteran whose grave had become a dumping ground for a cemetery's extra dirt finally has some peace.

As Local 2 Investigates reported on October 9, old dirt and weeds were piled on top of the grave of George Long, Sr.

The owner of Mainland Memorial Cemetery in Hitchcock told us he would clean it up.

He delivered on his promise within a matter of days.
