HOUSTON -

Another gorgeous day is ahead.

Sunday will be cool to start but warming quickly to the upper 80s by the afternoon.

Houston's high is expected to hit 88 degrees.

In the meantime, coastal areas will not get as warm. Galveston's maximum temperatures is 80 degrees.

A few more clouds will pop in today, but it will be overall sunny.

Breezy conditions are back this afternoon. Winds will increase by noon to around 10-15mph out of the Southwest.

Monday, Southeast winds return meaning a push of moisture into the region.

That doesn't mean we have a chance of rain, but it does mean possible fog forming in the morning then partly cloudy in the afternoon.

All week temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s so get mentally prepared for steamy weather with increased relative humidity.
