FORT BEND COUNTY -

The search is on for the men authorities say stole items from two Fort Bend County homes and from a Houston mall, and led police on a chase while driving a stolen car.

The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were involved in a chase of a vehicle stolen out of Houston on the afternoon of March 13.

Officials say the two men stopped their vehicle at the intersection of Keegan Street and Tambourine.

Upon further investigation, deputies found electronics and other stolen items in the vehicle. They learned that the items had been taken from two Fort Bend County residences, one in the Bradford Park subdivision and the other in the Sugarbridge subdivision.

Authorities also found stolen goods from the Sharpstown Mall where the men were seen on surveillance video making purchases.

The thieves are described as black men who are about 5 feet 5 inches tall with slender builds.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts should call Crime Stoppers at 281-342-TIPS.
