Two men, one wearing a Sesame Street character onesie, were arrested in Friendswood on Tuesday, police say.

According to investigators, the men were driving a vehicle trailer containing stolen items from a construction site on West Edgewood Drive and Westfield Lane.

Inside the trailer, investigators say they found stolen rebar piers and hurricane fencing.

Dean Allen Stevens, 23, and Matthew Dwayne Coleman, 30, both of Friendswood, were charged with theft.

Stevens has two prior convictions for theft. His bond was set at $30,000.

Coleman, who was wearing a "Cookie Monster" onesie when he was arrested, was given a $1,500 bond.
