Houston police arrested a man accused of impersonating an officer.
Robert Clinton Reeves was arrested early Thursday morning at a gentlemen's club located on the North Freeway.
According to HPD, Reeves got into an argument with workers over the valet charge and the club's cover charge. Reeves allegedly told a manager that he was an undercover officer and that he would arrest someone if he wasn't allowed into the club without paying the cover.
Investigators said Reeves even went to his car to get handcuffs.
According to police, Reeves and the manager began chasing each other around the parking lot.
Officers were then called to the club and Reeves was arrested.
Reeves, 54, is charged with impersonating a public servant. He is being held in the Harris County jail on $5,000 bond.
