An 18-year-old man arrested in connection with the murder of a Denny's customer appeared in Magistrate Court early Thursday morning.
Leroy Houston, IV is facing capital murder charges. He was arrested Tuesday.
Police said he and two other men stormed a westside Denny's on August 26 and robbed customers.
In the process, customer Greig Placette was shot to death, and another employee was wounded.
An informant helped police identify three of the murder suspects in this case.
Mario Hilton, 18, and his brother, 20-year-old Corey Hilton were arrested last week.
According to court documents, during the search of a suspect's home, several hats used in the robbery were discovered.
"The hats were identified as belonging to the stepfather of this defendant. He was placed in a lineup and subsequently identified by the witness who stated he was the one wearing the Fedora hat," court documents said.
Video shows three suspects two in baseball caps, one in a white Fedora-style hat.
During his court appearance, Houston was charged with capital murder and was given no bond.
A fourth man, 20-year-old Kenya Jackson, surrendered early Wednesday morning. He has not yet appeared before a judge.
