PASADENA, Texas – A Pasadena man is accused of hitting his 10-month old son.
Emilio Arroyo, 22, was arrested and charged with injury to a child under 15 Sunday.

Police say Arroyo and his wife were arguing while driving home. Once they made it home, Arroyo allegedly hit his wife who was holding their child. As he hit his wife, he also made contact with the 10-month-old.
Arroyo had been drinking throughout the day and was on the way home, according to the Pasadena Police Department.
Officials say the woman left the house to call police and left the baby behind.
Investigators say when officers with the Pasadena Police Department arrived, Arroyo refused to open the door. Police say they had to break in the home.
The baby suffered minor cuts and was treated at the scene, according to investigators.
Arroyo is in the custody of the Pasadena Police Department and is being held in lieu of $30,000 bond.
