Second lawsuit filed over Carnival Triumph cruise

As the U.S. Coast Guard's probe into the ill-fated Carnival cruise ship Triumph moves forward, a Houston-area attorney said he's fielding hundreds of phone calls from angry passengers.
Frank Spagnoletti said many passengers plan to take their complaints to court.
"We're getting calls minute by minute from people that have been affected by this," Spagnoletti said.
The first lawsuit filed by a passenger was from Cassie Terry. She has accused Carnival of negligence and fraud.
Terry said the disabled ship turned into a floating toilet, making her sick.
"She's having all kinds of migraine headaches and she feels sick to her stomach," Spagnoletti said. "I mean, they had raw sewage run down in this vessel."
A Florida law firm announced it has filed a lawsuit for passenger Lisa Williams.
Attorney Scott Aronfeld said the ship conditions were so bad, Williams was rushed to the emergency room for IV fluids after getting to Houston.
He said she suffered bruising just trying to get food in long lines.
