Robbers target customers in bakery parking lot

Oct. 23, 2012: Investigators are searching for two suspects they said are responsible for an aggravated robbery in a bakery parking lot. Phillip Mena reports.

HOUSTON -

Investigators are searching for two suspects they said are responsible for an aggravated robbery in a bakery parking lot.

Deputies said it happened on Aug. 15 in the parking lot of a bakery on the 11900 block of the Eastex Freeway in Harris County.

Deputies said the two armed man, wearing black clothing, gloves and masks, approached the victims and demanded cash. The first suspect had a gun and the other had two knives, officials said.

According to investigators, the suspects took the victims' money and car keys.

The suspects were last seen fleeing the scene in a white vehicle.
