Pump Patrol: Save 24 cents a gallon

HOUSTON -

The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.13. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 24 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Friday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

  • CITGO, 2nd St. & Hwy 146, Seabrook: $2.93
  • Texaco, Hwy 146 & Bel Road, Kemah: $2.91
  • Buc-ee's, E. League City Pkwy & Louisiana Ave., League City: $2.89
