May 14, 2012: Diana and Steven Lopez of Sugar Land are gearing up for a return trip to the Olympics and hope to bring home gold in the family business -- Taekwondo.

DALLAS -

Olympians and Olympic hopefuls descended on Dallas for a 2012 London Olympics media summit. Among the athletes attending, the "first family" of taekwondo -- the Lopez siblings from Sugar Land.

The 2012 Olympics will be the fourth Olympics for Steven Lopez, 33.

It will be the second for his younger sister, Diana, 28.

Getting ready for the Olympics is grueling, no matter how many times you have made the U.S. team.

"We're training every day. There's no days off" Diana said. "I have a lot more ahead of me and this is like making my first Olympic team again."

"Every day counts now," Steven said. "This is the time we're just starting to train really hard. It's a dream that I've had ever since I was a little kid. I still have that dream, still have that fire ignited in me to go out there and be the very best."

The Lopez family has always been thankful for all the support.

"We need all the support that we can get, and I know that Houston and Sugar Land are behind us," Diana said.

Steven said no matter how many times you fight on the world stage, it never gets old.

"You never know what to expect. The second one, I wore my second gold medal, and it was like, 'OK, this is cool. I'm getting to know the feel of it.' The third time, my family made Olympic history by all of us making it," Steven said.

But this time, Steven and Diana will be without youngest brother, Mark, who missed qualifying for the U.S. team by seconds due to injury.

"As a champion, you always try to find motivation in everything, and you take a negative and make it into a positive. When I go out there, I'm going to fight for Marky," Steven said.

Diana competes in the Olympics on Aug. 9. Steven competes on Aug. 10.
