HOUSTON -

A woman has been accused of offering more than just a simple massage at a northwest Harris County spa.

Another woman was arrested for failing to obtain a massage license.

The Harris County Precinct 4 Constables Office's made the arrests during an undercover inspection at Bella Spa in the 900 block of West F.M. 1960.

Authorities said they learned the business was not a licensed massage establishment and the employees were not licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services to offer or perform massage services.

Under the new Harris County sexually-oriented business ordinance, the business and the defendants failed to obtain a sexually-oriented business permit through the Harris County Sheriff's Department.

Ai Yun Zu, 38, was charged with three violations -- being nude in the business, requesting nudity and prostitution, a class-A misdemeanor with a $400 bond.

A second woman, Yu Mai Tian, 56, was arrested and charged with failing to obtain an SOB Class II permit, a class-A misdemeanor with a $2,000 bond.
