Herb-Grilled Vegetables

Pineapple and spice take chicken wings to a whole new level.

Herb-Grilled Veggies
Preparation Time: 15 minutes plus Marinating Time
Grilling Time: 8 minutes
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups large chopped veggies (mushrooms, zucchini, squash, onion, jicama),
1/2 jar HEB Basting oil
1 Tablespoon Adams Reserve House Rub

DIRECTIONS:

  • Slice veggies; place in a plastic bag (or dish) with Basting, set aside.
  • Prepare a charcoal fire or heat gas grill on High with lid closed.
  • Season veggies with rub.
  • Place on grill over Medium heat and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until tender.
