HOUSTON -

A man has been accused of taking photos up a woman's skirt at a northwest Harris County Walmart store.

Harris County sheriff's deputies said the incident happened Saturday at the Walmart on F.M. 1960 near Eldridge.

Detectives said Gabriel Rios, 52, attached a camera to his right shoe and slid his foot under a woman's dress.

Investigators said they stopped Rios before he got out of the store, and they found photos on the camera.

The 30-year-old victim said she didn't know that she had been photographed until Rios was apprehended.

Rios was released from jail after posting $2,000 bond. KPRC Local 2 went by his home to see if he wanted to tell his side of the story, but all he said was that he has not hired a lawyer yet.

If convicted, Rios would face up to two years in jail.
