HOUSTON -

Two girls said they were riding their bikes in the 8600 block of Pitner, in northwest Houston, on Sunday night, when they said a man came up offering to pay them money in exchange for allowing him to take pictures of their hands.

Police said the two refused the man's advances and he headed back to his blue, early 90's Ford Crown Victoria and left.  The girls said they ran away.

"It was bad.  Really bad.  I don't have words for something like that," said Wulfrano Camorliaga, resident.  He told Local 2, "Crazy people I guess. People who do not have family members. I don't know. It's just hard for anybody."

The girls told police that the man was holding a black cell phone.  The girls said they found a phone where the man's car was parked.

Police now have that phone as evidence.
