Early voting starts today in Texas runoff

Early voting began Monday for dozens of Texas runoff election races. The runoff Election Day is on Tuesday, July 31.
The runoffs will decide everything from who will represent the Democrats and Republicans in the race for U.S. Senate to Supreme Court appointees.
Early voting will last until Friday.
In order to cast a ballot, voters must have participated in the primary election on May 29.
If voters do not have a voter registration card, they will have to present one of the following:
- A drivers license or state issued ID, a birth certificate or other photo ID that establishes identity.
- Citizenship papers, passport, mail addressed to you by a government agency are also allowed, as is a bank statement or other utility bill.
