An internal affairs investigation is underway after a man died in custody of Pasadena police officers.
Jose Sauceda was arrested Saturday night after being accused of driving drunk.
Police tell Local 2 when they tried to do a field sobriety test, Sauceda resisted.
Officers say they took him to Bayshore Hospital where they did a mandatory blood draw. After a few minutes, they noticed Sauceda wasn't breathing.
Police are now waiting for the medical examiner to release the exact cause of death.
