CYPRESS, Texas -

Investigators are looking for a pair of criminals who they say exploded acid bombs on a woman's front door.

Police said the incident, which was all caught on home surveillance video, happened at a home in the 13500 block of Gainesway Drive in Cypress.

In the video, a young man is seen running up to the home. He started shaking what Harris County Fire Marshals said is an acid bomb.

"I was sound asleep and heard what sounded like a gunshot," said Becky Bentley, who's home was attacked.

As the culprit runs out of the picture, another person is seen in the video shaking up a second acid bomb before tossing it at the front door.

Both suspects then run away in the video. Seconds later, both bombs go off, sending smoke and fumes into the air.

Officials said the first attack happened in late December. Bentley said her home was targeted a second time on Friday, Jan. 3.

"I looked out on the porch and didn't see anything," said Bentley. "I walked over to another window and looked out and at that point, it blew up right in front of me."

Investigators said this time, however, the suspects managed to stay out of the camera's view.

Bentley said she can't think of any reason she would be targeted.

"Sometimes, people hear something and open their front door, and it blows up right in their face," said Bentley. "Yeah, it's a really dangerous thing to be doing."

If you have any information about this case, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477). Officials said you may get a reward of up to $5,000.
