Oct. 1, 2012: Three of the 20 men and boys accused of repeatedly raping an 11-year-old girl go before a judge. Courtney Gilmore reports.

CLEVELAND, Texas -

Three of 20 men and boys accused of repeatedly raping an 11-year-old girl appeared in court on Monday.

Devo Green, Walter Harrison and Carlos Ligons did not have much to say when they faced a Liberty County judge. They have all been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Cedric Scott, who is also charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, was scheduled to appear before a judge on Monday afternoon. He is already in jail on an unrelated charge.

Fourteen men and six juveniles have been accused of raping the girl over a three-month period in 2010 inside a home in Cleveland.

Green, Ligons and Harrison had their court dates reset. Higgons was taken into custody because he had three outstanding traffic warrants.

Three other men are awaiting trial on similar charges. Eric McGowen was tried and received a 99-year prison sentence. The rest of the defendants have accepted plea bargains.
