Dec. 4, 2012: Two teenagers confess to pepper-spraying two women to rob them, investigators say. Nefertiti Jaquez reports.

Two teenagers have been accused of pepper-spraying two other women during a robbery outside a Target store.

Sugar Land police said Angelic Harris, 18, and Chrishonta Richard, 17, have been charged with aggravated robbery. They were arrested on Monday.

Investigators said the two confessed to attacking two women as they loaded their purchases into a vehicle outside the store on the Southwest Freeway near Highway 6 about 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 12.

The two punched an elderly woman and stole her purse, investigators said.

Police said surveillance video from the store helped them identify the suspect.

Harris and Richard are being held in the Fort Bend County Jail with bond set at $75,000 each.
