Two men have been accused of running a grow house in Sugar Land.

Fort Bend County sheriff's deputies said they investigated a home in the 3200 block of Summer Bay Drive near Vista Lake Circle for about a month.

Investigators got a search warrant and went into the home on Friday. Detectives said they found a sophisticated indoor marijuana grow operation in five rooms of the house.

More than 200 plants and grow lights, scales, water pumps, fans, invertors and other equipment used in packaging and selling marijuana was found, deputies said.

The marijuana seized at the scene had a street value of about $824,000, investigators said.

Dong Tien Nguyen, 40, and Duyet Nguyen, 41, were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, a first-degree felony. Both were booked into the Fort Bend County Jail and were released on Saturday after posting bond.
