Cedar Plan Grilled King Salmon with Teriyaki Glaze
1 lb salmon filet
2 tablespoons Adam’s Reserve SW Ancho
½ jar Cookwell and Company Teriyaki Glaze
1 tablespoon Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil
1. Preheat oven to 425. Season salmon with oil and rub; set aside.
2. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place salmon on baking sheet with the flesh side facing up.
3. Bake for about 15 minutes or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees.
4. Remove salmon from oven and glaze with Teriyaki Glaze.
