Orange Ginger Stir Fry

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

4 pieces H.E.B. Natural Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 Tablespoon of Sweet Orange Marmalade

¼ cup of Green Valley Ranch Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette

2  Tablespoons of Adam’s Reserve Steak Au Poivre Rub

2  Tablespoons of Octtavia Grape Seed Oil

DIRECTIONS:

1.       Heat a Large Skillet on Medium-High Heat. Add 2 Tablespoons of Octtavia’s Grape Seed Oil.

2.       Cut Chicken into bite-size pieces so that they can cook quickly. Add Chicken to a hot pan with grape seed oil. Season with Adam’s Reserve Rub.

3.       When Chicken is fully cooked, drizzle on Green Valley Ranch Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette and Sweet Orange Marmalade.

4.       Serve on top of steamed white rice or egg noodles.
