NOLA BBQ Shrimp Po’Boy

Shrimp po'boys are a snap with this quick and simple recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1    lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

3   tablespoons butter, cubed

½  jar Cookwell New Orleans BBQ Shrimp Mix

·         Juice of ½ lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

1.       Toss shrimp with BBQ Shrimp Mix. Heat skillet to medium high.

2.       Melt butter in skillet. Place shrimp in skillet and cook in butter for 45 seconds to 1 minute per side.

Serve alone, on top of salad, tossed with pasta, or in French bread as a po’boy.
