Moppin' Pulled Pork

June 21, 2012: Pulled pork is a delicious, juicy way to serve barbecue. And H-E-B makes it even easier with this recipe.

Cooking Time: 2 to 3 hours

Serves: 6+

INGREDIENTS:

1 Jar Better Than Good Moppin’ Sauce

½  bottle of beer (Preferably Dark Beer)

1-2  South Texas Pork Rib-eye Roasts

1 Jar Adams Reserve SW or SW Ancho Rub

1 TBSP Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Rub Pork thoroughly with seasoning.
  2. Brown with grape seed oil in a skillet.
  3. Place fully browned roast in crock pot or roaster with jar of sauce mix over the top.
  4. Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until fork tender.
